It is the iconic shot of Rockport and everybody that shoots in Rockport has that picture. Rather than go for the stereotypical shot of the crab shack, I found a much more interesting foreground with the dinghies tied to the pier. Good pictures are like books – they must have a good introduction (the boats in the foreground) and a good ending (that famous crab shack barely visible in the top quarter of the image).
