It was taken on the first night of a 3-day trip in April, 2008. It was lucky that I got this shot since the weather was too nice for interesting landscape portraiture the rest of the trip. Imagine that – bright sun in America’s rain forest! This picture was taken approximately 5 minutes before sundown – and within a minute or two, the light was gone and the show was over.
